Premier Inn Dresden City Zentrum Hotel

The hotel is nice, but service could be much better. First of all, a receptionist could not find our reservation through Booking.com. We had to wait 10-15 min to know if we would live here or not. No apologies for the inconvenience received. Second, the main reason we chose the hotel was private underground parking. We were said the hotel did not have any free lots. Few minutes later we went to -1 floor to parking to know if there would be any free lots. There were 5-6 free lots, but receptionists said they were busy and we should pay for public parking 10 euros. The room was nice and clean, but the service…

Premier Inn is really well known in the UK. When I spotted that they had a hotel in Dresden, I knew I wanted to book it because this chain's reputation is built on comfort, price and quality. The expectations of staying in this hotel is the same in Dresden as it is in London (I have now done both and more). The service from the front desk, housekeeping and breakfast room was brilliant as usual and I would highly recommend the Premier Inn for any city stay. The beds are comfortable (I am considering buying one as they are available in the UK!), room is spacious and shower is a really good size. The parking is a good price and ultimately the overall experience was even more than what I expected. Location is also fantastic as the opera house, Zwinger and other buildings are a 10 minute walk from the hotel as well as the tram being a 2 minute walk. Thank you so much for making the Premier Inn experience (which is always good) even better with your excellent service!
